Available fulfillment options

Community Hats serves customers from Coppell, Texas. Available pickup, local delivery, and shipping options, along with their charges, are displayed at checkout for your order and address. Only options offered at checkout can be selected; an option appearing for one address does not guarantee availability for another.

Local pickup

Free pickup is available at Old Town HQ when offered at checkout. Wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before traveling. Follow the location, timing, and collection instructions in that notification and bring your order confirmation. The business contact address listed in our policies is not necessarily the pickup location.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available only for eligible addresses accepted at checkout. The delivery charge is shown before payment. Please provide an accurate address, contact details, and any access instructions. We will use the contact details on your order to coordinate delivery when needed. If local delivery is unavailable for your address, select another option offered at checkout or contact hello@communityhats.com before ordering.

Order preparation and timing

Any preparation or delivery estimate displayed at checkout or in your order confirmation applies to your order. Pickup orders are ready only after the ready-for-pickup notification. For timing questions or a deadline, contact us before ordering. If we cannot meet a stated dispatch time, we will contact you about the delay and your options, including cancellation and a refund where applicable.

Carrier shipping

Carrier shipping is available only when a shipping service is offered at checkout. Rates and any available estimates are shown before payment. Tracking information will be sent when available. Transit estimates can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and holidays.

Address changes and delivery problems

For an address correction, missed pickup, missing delivery, or damaged shipment, email hello@communityhats.com with your order number promptly. We will help investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Address changes depend on whether the order has already been fulfilled and whether the new address is eligible for the selected service. Any additional service charge will be disclosed for your agreement before proceeding.
