About these terms

This website and store are operated by Community Hats. These terms apply when you use communityhats.com or purchase from us. Our Return and refund policy and Shipping policy also apply to purchases. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy policy.

Using the store

You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract or have a parent or guardian place the order. Provide accurate order, payment, and contact details, and keep any account credentials secure. Do not use the store for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, or misuse another person's information or payment method.

Products, prices, and orders

Product descriptions, prices, and available options are shown on the relevant product pages and at checkout. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are displayed before payment. Screen settings and production variations can affect the appearance of colors and embroidery; this does not remove your rights if an item is defective or materially differs from its description.

Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment. If an item is unavailable, an order cannot be fulfilled, or a material pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you to explain and arrange a correction with your agreement or a cancellation and refund. We will not charge you an increased price without your agreement. Price or policy changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an existing order.

Payment and fulfillment

Payments are processed through the payment services offered at checkout. Choose an available fulfillment option and provide the information needed to complete it. Pickup, local delivery, and carrier shipping are governed by our Shipping policy and the details shown for your order.

Returns, cancellations, and problems

Our Return and refund policy explains eligibility, costs, cancellations before fulfillment, and how to request help. Email hello@communityhats.com with your order number if you have a problem with a purchase.

Site content and external services

Community Hats content and branding, and third-party materials, are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may use the site for personal shopping and other uses permitted by law; commercial reuse of protected content requires the appropriate permission. External links and third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the store accurate and available, but technical interruptions and errors can occur. Please report problems to us. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Applicable law and changes

Texas law governs these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, without removing mandatory consumer protections available where you live. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date. The terms in effect when you place an order govern that purchase, except where a change is required by law.
